Yes, kids, I'm finally wising up to the true potential the Internet. Instead of investing (read: wasting) a ton of time and disposable income into these annual compilations that only reach a handful of good friends and a smattering of strangers that we encounter by chance on the road of life, I decided that this year we're going to make the latest BobbyDobbyD Soundtrack available for download right here. All you have to do now is click the links to receive a treasure trove of great tunes from 2006. (I've also posted links for the disc commentaries here for your convenience as well.) Everything available for download is in a large .zip file; all you have to do is right-click and save to your computer. Once that's done, open the file, drop the folder inside into your music player of choice and enjoy!

That's it! Feel free to forward this compilation to your friends and neighbors. (Suggestion: Keep it simple and just send them the link to this forums post.) Also, while you're waiting for this to download, go ahead and peruse our latest episodes and band interviews in the BFN Fresh Episodes forum. (Or listen to them directly on our stand-alone Beta player.)
Finally – and most importantly – please remember that if you truly enjoy any of this music, do everything you can to support the artist! Buy the CDs, attend the shows and spread the word. Most musicians don't need millions of dollars to be successful; they just need to know that enough people believe in their music to keep on making it. If you're able to download this compilation, chances are you own the computer and/or the mp3 player that you'll use to listen to it. Trust me, you can afford to cough up the lousy ten bucks for an artist who speaks to you. They'll love you for it, and you'll enjoy listening to the rest of what they have to offer.
Happy 2007!
