Goddamn, I can't stop listening to the live songs in this interview. These boys are armed with some incredible new tunes, and Engineer Dave did a wonderful job capturing their in-studio performance.
By the way, most polarizing lyrics of the year:
"I don't want your equality I don't want you to bother me When I'm dead and buried I don't want you to remember me!" -- PIP, "Flesh And Blood"

Cool interview/session. I actually just interviewed People In Planes but was scared to admit how big of a fan I was during the shoot. Also, it was the first band I interviewed, so that didn't make it any easier. stimtv.com/stim/tv/link/9179I like the differences in the two versions of "Mayday (M'aidez)," yours and the stimtv one of course. Thanks BFN

That's an amazing first interview, Chris. Excellent job with the editing, too! Keep it up!

Hey, I just found out that not too long ago this interview got a shout-out over at Welikeit.indie. Their blog does a great job of scouring the internet in search of hot new artists you should be listening to. These guys know how to keep their ear to the ground, and the selection they post up each day is impressive. Better yet, they supply the links to a goldmine of free music, so all you have to do is show up and click away. Check them out for all your indie needs: blog.welikeitindie.com
